Leprechaun Dash

Our race director, Steve Hewitt, is holding an 8k race this coming Saturday, March 14th in Kanawha State Forest. It is called the Leprechaun Dash and features a cool incentive to beat a pace-setter who plays the Leprechaun. Registration is available race morning at Kanawha State Forest. Meet at the pool parking lot to register. More information can be found at www.aptiming.com; search for "Leprechaun Dash".
This is a great trail running event for those looking to beat the winter blues and usher in a bright and healthy spring.

One Month to Go!

We are less than one month from the 2014 Capital City Challenge. There are many things we are excited about with this year's edition. The kids' superhero fun run promises to be hugely entertaining; many thanks to Suttle and Stalnaker for their help in sponsoring that event. It is the fifth year of this race and we are anticipating the largest turnout since the event's inception. Look out for more announcements in the coming weeks concerning: rules & procedures and packet pick-up.
Get excited for the Challenge by reliving moments from last year's event in the video posted below.
